vPromotions Settings/ vPromo Tab

This document explains the options found in the vPromotions Settings - vPromo Tab. Full access to the vPromo tab under Settings is only available to users with either Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability.

vPromotions Settings / vPromo Tab

The vPromo tab contains information applicable to your entire firm. These settings will be used by everyone in your firm who has a vPromotions account. Users who need access to the vPromotions - Settings - vPromo Tab must have either Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability assigned to them in the People Tab. The vPromo Tab in Settings is found by hovering over your name in the upper right corner of your vPromotions account, clicking on Settings, and then clicking on vPromo.

The following headers hold information about each of the options found under the vPromo Tab.

Equipment

The Equipment tab is where you can create your equipment list and packages. Equipment in vPromotions can be assigned to any event promotion so ensure the correct equipment is brought to the event. Winners

The Winners tab in vPromotions is where you can look up a winner to see their prize history, you can Add Winner, you can Merge Winners, you can run the Dupe Detector to help you find winners who could be merged and it's where you will find the Signed Documents from winners if you are using the Electronic Signed Documents feature. Available Liner Slots

The Available Liner Slots tab is where you can create, view, edit and delete the liner slot times for your stations. For a video training on managing Available Liner Slots click HERE 

Contest Rules

In vPromotions, Contest Rules are created so they are available to choose when setting up your contests. These are not intended to be your station's general rules, but rather quantifiable rules which will trigger a flag if being broken when assigning a winner.  For a video tutorial on creating Contest Rules click HERE

Station Release Form

The Station Release Form is the form your winner's sign when they collect a prize, either in person or if you are using Signed Electronic Documents. To see additional details on how to add your Station Release Form click HERE

Customize Winner Form

The Winner Form is the form used to collect information when assigning a winner to a prize.  For full details on setting up the Winner Form click HERE

PRF Categories

The PRF Categories are the available options to choose when creating a new promotion, based off the type of promotion you need to create; Remote, Contest, Van Hit, etc. For full details on managing your PRF Categories click HERE

PRF Builder

The PRF Builder allows you to completely customize the forms for each of your PRF Categories. For full details and a tutorial on the PRF Builder click HERE

Default Fulfillment Notes

Default Fulfillment Notes are created as a tool for your on air staff to easily know what information to pass along to on air winners about collecting their prize. For full details on Default Fulfillment Notes click HERE 

Default Event Notes

Default Event Notes are created as a tool to pass on relevant information to your on site event staff. For full details on Default Event Notes click HERE

Winner Email Template (Optional)

The Winner Email Template is where you will create the email templates which go out to your winners automatically if you are using the Winner Emails feature which can be turned on in your Firm Options. For full details on creating your Winner Email Templates and how Winner Emails work click HERE.

Prize In House Email Template (Optional)

The Prize In House Email Template is where you will create the email templates which go out to your winners automatically once a prize is marked 'in house' if you are using the Winner Emails feature which can be turned on in your Firm Options. Signed Documents Request Template (Optional)

The Signed Documents Request Template is where you will create the email templates which go out to your winners if your market is using the Signed Documents Request feature. The Signed Documents Request feature allows you to send an email to winners which will include a secure link for them to sign their release form and other documents if needed. Automatic Job/Task Assignments

vPromotions allows you to not only assigned people in your market to jobs and tasks inside each PRF, but you can also set up Automatic Job/Tasks Assignments, saving you time by sending out assignments automatically. For the full details on Automatic Job/Task Assignments click HERE
