AI Spot Creator

Spend less time entering production requests and more time creating. AI Spot Import lets you upload documents, type instructions, or use voice input to create draft production orders in seconds. AI automatically populates spot details, run dates, scripts, and producer assignments, helping reduce manual data entry while keeping your team in control of the final review.

Suggest with AI

Build on what's worked before. AI analyzes an advertiser's production history to recommend spot titles and scripts based on previous campaigns. Every recommendation can be reviewed, edited, or accepted before it's applied, helping your team save time, maintain consistency, and accelerate production without sacrificing control.

New Features

The following enhancements are included with this release and automatically available.

Customizable Exports

Customize your exports to fit your workflow. You can now select additional fields to include in your export and save your preferred export settings for future use, making recurring reports faster and eliminating the need to rebuild the same export each time.

Improved Email Notifications

Stay on top of deadlines without opening every email. Production notification emails now include the due date in the subject line for New Request and To Do Assignment notifications, making it easier to identify upcoming deadlines and prioritize work directly from your inbox.


Issues Resolved

The following issues have been corrected in this release.


Due Date Retention

Resolved an issue where due dates could disappear after creating a revision.

Submitted On Filter

Corrected an issue where filtering by the Submitted On date could unintentionally apply additional date filters and return incorrect results.

Incremental ISCI Generation

Resolved an issue affecting automatic incremental ISCI generation when station and spot length defaults were already populated. For more information on this relatively new feature check out this article Incremental ISCI .
