Additional Email Support
You can now add additional email addresses (2) as an alias to receive the same notifications that your primary account email(1) receives.
This is useful to firms that use a central email for production requests where multiple people need to be notified of the activity in the central account. Users can now add alias email addresses to their primary account to receive the same notifications. This feature is beneficial for firms utilizing a central email for production requests, ensuring multiple team members are informed of account activity.
Station Transfers
Fixed restrictions preventing users from copying or revising orders when stations are moved to another firm.
Now, requests using stations that have been deleted can be used as a template for a copied version without carrying over the deleted station information. Users can now copy or revise orders even after stations are moved to a different firm. Additionally, order requests based on deleted stations can be used as templates, and the copied version will exclude the deleted station details.
WideOrbit Queue Timing
Improved timing logic between vProMedia and vPPO queues for WideOrbit users.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Talent Dropdown Cleanup
Deleted or deactivated users will no longer appear in the Voice Pool or Talent dropdowns requiring manual management. To simplify user management, deleted or deactivated users are now automatically removed from the Voice Pool and Talent dropdowns, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Cancel Function Correction
Canceling changes on a request will now correctly discard updates rather than apply them. Previously, users who attempted to discard modifications made to a request would find that those changes were unexpectedly applied. This unintended behavior has now been corrected.
Mobile Image Preview
Resolved an issue where users couldn’t close image previews in Quick Orders on mobile.
Mobile Order Loading
Fixed a bug where mobile users (Android/iOS) couldn't load past page one when browsing orders.
