Smarter AI Order Creation

Improved AI-generated order creation to better handle requested statuses, run dates, attachments, and submission details, while reducing loading issues during processing.

Sharper AI Spot Import for Digital Orders

Enhanced AI processing of digital orders to improve extraction of digital-specific information, including data contained in screenshots and image-heavy PDFs.

Smarter AI Spot Creator Grouping

Improved how AI-imported spots are grouped when an ISCI is unavailable, using additional matching criteria to consolidate identical schedule information without incorrectly combining unrelated stations.

New Features

The following enhancements are included with this release and automatically available.

ORDER & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Copy Fields Using Destination Defaults

Added more flexibility when copying orders by allowing individual fields to use the destination form’s default value instead of copying the original value.

Drafts Now Appear in Blog Notifications

Updated blog notification functionality so users can access rejected spots that have been moved to Drafts by clicking the link directly from the email notification.

INTEGRATIONS

More Accurate Quu History

Updated Quu History logging so it only identifies stations that were actually submitted to Quu.

Improved WideOrbit Client Handling

Added a clearer message when a client is not configured as a WideOrbit client, including guidance to refresh traffic information.

Quu Reporting API Support

Issues Resolved

The following issues have been corrected in this release.

ORDER & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Quick Order Respects User Permissions

Fixed an issue where Quick Order could load spots that a user did not have permission to view, which could prevent changes from being saved successfully.

Improved Custom Folder Market Filtering

Fixed Market-based custom folders so they accurately include qualifying spots, including SPEC spots, and display the correct spot count.

Improved Extend Action in List View

Fixed inconsistent behavior when extending multiple spots so the shared “New end date for all” option displays correctly and only once.

Improved Draft PO Filtering

Fixed an issue where Draft POs were not appearing correctly when using the Quick Filter in the Drafts folder.

FILES & COLLABORATION

File Download Improvements

Fixed an issue where using the browser’s “Save as” option on an attached file could download the vProMedia webpage instead of the selected file.

ALPS File Annotations Restored

Fixed issues preventing audio and video files from playing correctly in annotations and preventing users from saving annotations.
