All Swim |
A voice request sent out to anyone matching the criteria selected. The first to accept the request will be the only voice submitted back to the requester. |

Ad Types |
The assets available to be requested from production. |

Audition |
A voice request sent out to anyone matching the criteria selected. Multiple voicers can attach their voice part and the requester will decide which voice will be used. |
|
Blog |
A messaging tool used to communicate on and about the request to all points of contact associated with the request. |
|
Dub |
Load audio onto the cart in your playout system. |
|
File Type |
The label attached to each file that helps identify its use/purpose. |
|
History |
Each request has an audit of any changes that are made at any time. |
|
MyBox |
A folder that filters all requests that producers/artists are directly assigned to. |
|
Needs Releasing |
After production is complete and all approvals have been met, tv ads may be “released” to traffic for scheduling (Needs Releasing replaces the NeedsDubbing status). |

Special Instructions |
All of the information that was provided during order entry that is not already listed in the main view of the request. |

Spec Spot |
A proposal or preview of a spot to try to pitch to a client. The spot has not been sold yet. |

Status |
This label is the current place of the request in the workflow. Descriptions of the various status types can be found HERE. |

Voice Pool |
A group of users subscribed to a market’s pool of available talent for voice requests. |
