Multi-Spot Order History Corrected

This release corrects an issue where history on a spot was being incorrectly updated when a new spot was added to the order, resulting in cluttered spot history and inaccurate numbers in some reporting. With this update and for spots moving forward, history entries are only recorded on spots that were actually added or updated.
