Multi-Market Prize Fulfillment

The Signed Documents table is now a multi-market prize fulfillment dashboard.

Multi-market people with Front Desk, Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager abilities can access all winners for all markets and stations to which they have access. On the SIgned Documents tab under Front Desk, look for the "All Markets" button above the Search box to view unclaimed winners in all of your markets.

That allows:

• One person can send emails to all winners in all markets requesting signed documentation.
• One person can manager electronic transfers for ticket giveaways across multiple markets
• Prizes can be fulfilled from a central location for multiple markets
• Corporate Contest Managers can more easily administer their prize fulfillment across markets

You can filter the list of winners using the dropdown menu above the "Front Desk" and "All Markets / Single Market" buttons to see winners by various statuses and tasks.

So with one click, you can see all of the winners in each status and manage their prize fulfillment.
