How to Add Another Product To An Account

Do you have a user who already has a vCreative account but needs access to another product?

If you have any users in your market who have access to one product but not all the products your company is contracted for, please reach out to vCreative support for assistance. For example, you have an on air talent or sales person who has vPPO but also needs vPromotions and they are missing that in their account.

Do NOT sign up for a second account, because the user's email address will be flagged for already being in use.
