Spanish/French Signed Document Requests

vPromotions has added Spanish and French Signed Document Request processes.

Switching the language for any of your stations' signed documents is as easy as choosing a different "Link to Docs" placeholder within your Signed Documents Email Template. 

The choices of Link to Docs placeholders are:

• - Use this variable for the link to Signed Documents English version. The linked text will display as, "Click Here".
• - Use this variable for the link to Signed Documents Spanish version. The linked text will display as, "Hacer clic aqui".
• - Use this variable for the link to Signed Documents French version. The linked text will display as, "Cliquez Ici".

After clicking on the link, all of the non-customizable parts of the Signed Documents process will show in the respective language. You'll still need to write your release form and signed documents request template in the desired language. 

NOTE: The United States Internal Revenue Service does not have an official French version of the W-9, so when using the French language signed documents process, the W-9 (if included in the process) will display in English.
