- vProMedia Folder System Basics: The folder system in vProMedia facilitates organization by allowing users to monitor spots based on specific criteria such as client, ad type, and station. To manage these folders, users can access the settings menu by clicking the cog icon located in the top right corner of the screen. Furthermore, they can reorder their folders by using the diagonal cross icon located to the left of each folder name as a handle to click and drag items into their preferred order.
- vProMedia Folder Management and Customization: There are several management features, noting that the reset folders link at the bottom of the menu allows users to restore their folders to the original order. New folders are created by saving search results as custom folders, which can subsequently be renamed or deleted within this same menu. Users can designate a default folder to appear upon logging into vProMedia by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the left column. Additionally, users have the ability to configure which folders are visible in the lefthand navigation and which appear in the context menu, which is accessed by right-clicking inside vProMedia.
