• Accessing the Recent History Feature in vPPO: Users can track their production order history by navigating to the reports section on the left side of the folder. The page might take a moment to load depending on system activity, once opened, it displays recent spots the user has worked on over the previous few days and any changes made to those items.
• Navigating and Utilizing the Recent History Interface: Recent History view organizes changes under an activity column and provides the exact date and time of those modifications in a time column. They stated that the view includes the cart number for identification and allows users to click directly on a spot to navigate to it.
• Purpose of Recent History and Support Contact Information: the Recent History tool is useful for identifying recently modified spots and serves as a supplement to the standard search tool.
