  • Purpose and Benefits of Custom Folders: Useful for quickly accessing information related to frequent callers or organizing data by specific parameters such as dates or ad types. They highlight that the available parameters are extensive and that newly created folders will automatically appear within the account interface alongside default system folders.
  • Searching for Client Data: Identify the data to be placed in a custom folder. A variety of data options are available; Client, Title, ISCI, Traffic cart id, Stations, POC assignments, Run Dates and more. Navigate to the search function, enter the data, and initiate the search to display all relevant activity associated with that client.
  • Saving and Utilizing Custom Folders: Saving the search results involves selecting the save function and assigning a name to the search entry. After the screen is refreshed, the saved folder becomes readily accessible, allowing users to efficiently handle client requests, such as revising or extending a spot, without needing to perform a new search each time.
