  • vPromotions Shared Files Overview and Access: Users have the ability to share files with anyone in the market at any time. To access this feature, users are instructed to hover over their profile name and select the shared files option.
  • Purpose and Utility of Shared Files for Account Executives: The platform supports the uploading of various resources, including seller sheets and audio files, making them accessible to everyone in the market. This feature is designed to assist an Account Executive who may be meeting with a client and needs to present a package but lacks the physical documents; they can simply locate the appropriate seller sheet within their shared files to show the client.
  • File Management - Printing and Deleting: When a user selects a file, they have the capability to print it if they are connected to a printer. Furthermore, if a document such as a seller sheet becomes expired or obsolete, the user can delete it, which ensures the file is removed for everyone in the market.
  • File Management - Downloading and Adding: Users are able to download files to their computer or phone by clicking the download option. To add new content to the shared files, the user must click the green "add file" button, enter a description, locate the file, and submit it to the system.
