- Accessing the Prize Closet: To begin, users should hover over their name in the upper right-hand corner of the main screen and select the "prize closet" option from the drop-down menu. To locate a specific item, such as a $95 gift card, users must choose whether to use the search bar on the left for prizes or the right-hand side of the page for prize packages. Once the item is identified, users can access the history by clicking the first icon located in the actions column.
- Reviewing Prize History and Support: Prize history view provides comprehensive details, including the number of prizes added to plays, the number removed, who won, the quantity they won, and who assigned the winner.
