      SSN Collection on Winner Assignment

      Firm Admins can now decide to allow entry of Social Security Numbers as the prize is being assigned.

      Once this option is activated, Social Security Numbers will be required on Prize Assignment in the on air studio if:

      1. The prize information's "Require SS#" check box is checked
      2. The winner has not yet supplied a SSN in the system.

      You will be notified after entering the SSN twice that the information has been successfully encrypted.

      NOTE: Be sure that you consult your legal department regarding proper information collection according to The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
