      Files

      All files that are attached on the initial Promotion Request Form, uploaded from the On Air tab, or uploaded to the Files tab in the PRF Details are accessible from the Files tab in PRF Details.

      NOTE: Maximum File Size in vPromotions is 100MB.

      On the Files tab of any PRF, a preview button allows you to listen to or look at the file, before you choose to download it.

      Download multiple files at once!

      Once you have selected the files that you want to download, you can download the selected files or all of the files on that PRF. (Be sure that your pop-up blocker is off for vPromotions when using this feature.)

      Any file type can be uploaded with the exception of any type that could harm your data (such as exe files).
