Why Am I Seeing "Error" in the SS# Field for the Year End Report?

We here are vCreative take the security of user and winner information very seriously, and as a multi-layer security feature, you receive an email when your Year End Report is ready to view.

When opening your report from the link in that email, you must log in again and view the report in the same browser to which you are logged in. If you are trying to view your report in Microsoft Edge (for example) but you are logged in with Google Chrome, the report in Edge will not decrypt the Social Security numbers.
