      How Can I Change Times on Scheduled Plays?

      If you have Promotions Director, Program Director, or General Manager Ability, go to the Details of the PRF, and to the Plays tab, and:

      1) Select the Plays for which you would like to adjust the times.

      2) Click Bulk Actions and Edit Selected Times

      3) Enter the new time for all selected Plays.

      NOTE: If you use Solicits, the time entered will be the time for the Solicit with the Winner part of the Play occurring the specified number of minutes later.

      4) Click Save.

      This will move all selected plays (and their Solicits, if any) to the new time without affecting the dates.

      When moving Plays with Contest Solicits, the time entered is the time that the Solicit will be scheduled with the Play the specified number of minutes after that.
