      Cash / Non-Cash Report

      The Cash / Non-Cash Report shows all taxable winnings for a calendar year. It is accessible in the main menu under reports.

      The report lists:

      • Each winner's Date of Birth, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, and Zip.
      • The total amount of all prizes included in the Year End Prize Report that have Cash and Variable Cash as the prize type in the "Cash" column.
      • The total amount of all prizes included in the Year End Prize Report that have any other prize type in the "Non-Cash" column.
      • The overall total of all prizes included in the Year End Prize Report that have been won by each winner

      This report is useful for comparing totals from accounts payable to vPromotions to ensure accurate information.
