      On Air > Assign Winner

      Assigning winners in vPromotions is quick and easy.

      Winner information can be added or edited from the On Air view by clicking on a contest Play in the On Air Timeline. The contest information will appear on the right side of the screen. including the green “Assign Winner” button.

      Assign a Winner to a Contest Play and its prizes by clicking on Assign Winner and entering the Winner’s information.

      NOTE: Email Addresses or Phone Numbers are unique, so entering one of those usually is the best way to find an existing winner

      1. Enter the winners Name, Email Address, or Phone Number. 
      2. When you have entered 3 characters, vPromotions will search your databse for existing winners. If the winner is not in your database already, click "create new..." to add the winner by filling out a winner form.
      3. If the winner exists in the Winner List, their data will appear below the Winner field. Click on the Winner’s info to assign them to the Contest Play. Then click Assign Winner to make then the winner.
