A Cart is the unique identifier assigned by Traffic or Production for use in a station's on air system The entered ID is saved upon exiting the field by mouse click or tab key.
- Scheduled Check Box
- To be marked by Traffic when the spot has been scheduled into a stations air/traffic system
- Dubbed Check Box
- To be marked by Production when the spot has physically be entered into the on air system
- Uploaded Check Box
- To be marked by appropriate Digital staff when spot/ad is Uploaded to the website, streaming server, etc.
- Traffic ID/Spot ID
- User definable label for Traffic specific tracking numbers
- Can be renamed or hidden on the Firm Profile by local admins
- Partially dubbed
- A small banner stating that a spot has been dubbed on some, but not all, stations
- The history will state which station have been dubbed
- Sold It!
- Only a Spec Spot will show the Sold It! button in the Card ID Column
- This is used by sales users to convert a Spec Spot into a Sold spot
- It will directly open the QO form for the request and require the fields not already present before submitting again as sold
- Only seen by Account Executive, General Sales Manager and Sales Assistant roles
