vPromo Settings: Equipment

The Equipment tab is where you can create and manage your equipment list and is visible only for those users with Promotions Director, Program Director or General Manager ability

The Equipment tab is where you can create your equipment list and packages, helping you to track your equipment inventory. Equipment in vPromotions can be assigned to any event promotion so ensure the correct equipment is brought to the event. Equipment packages can also be created for quicker bulk equipment assigning. The assigned equipment will be visible in the Equipment tab in the Details of the PRF, the Equipment In/Out sheet in the actions tab of the PRF and in the Event PA Sheet in the actions tab of the PRF. 

Equipment is found by hovering over your name in the upper right corner of your account and clicking on Settings - vPromo Tab - Equipment.
