Show your contests on the vPromotions Home Calendar only on the days when the contest is happening!
With PRF Calendar visibility, you can choose what date ranges and days of the week your Contest and Content type promotions show on the home calendar. This lets you show a Monday through Friday, multi-week contest just on Monday through Friday, while editing all of the Plays, Liners, etc all in one place. No more separate PRFs just to make your contest show when you want it to!
For example, you can now create one PRF for a Live Nation show, and using Calendar Visibility, have it only show on the Calendar when the Plays are happening!

There are two ways to set what days your promotion will show on the calendar:
From the PRF Details Actions Menu
You can also adjust what days a Contest or Content type promotion shows on the Home Calendar by going to the promotion's Detail tab, clicking on Actions, and choosing "Calendar Visibility."
From there you can choose which date ranges and days of the week the promotion appears on the Home Calendar. 
It 's that simple!
From the Contest Wizard
On the Plays tab of the Contest Wizard, just below the Days field, there is a "Only show the PRF on the calendar on these days" checkbox. Checking the box will show the promotion only on the days of the week that you have chosen to schedule Plays.
NOTE: This does not take into account the dates on which Plays are scheduled, only the days of the week.
