      Official Contest Rules: Online Survey Gift Card Drawing

      1. Sponsor
        1. The contest is sponsored by vCreative, Inc., a Banyan Software company, located at 303 Perimeter Center North, Suite 450, Atlanta, GA 30346, United States.
      2. Eligibility
        1. Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
        2. Entrants must be users of either vPromotions or PromoSuite during the contest period.
        3. Employees, agents, or representatives of vCreative, Inc., Banyan Software, Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.
      3. Contest Period
        1. The contest begins at 12:00 AM EDT on July 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on September 1, 2025.
        2. All entries must be received by the contest end date to be eligible for the prize drawing.
      4. How to Enter
        1. To enter, eligible participants must complete the official online survey provided via vPromotions or PromoSuite during the contest period.
        2. Limit one entry per person (additional entries from the same individual, email address, or household will be discarded from the drawing to ensure that each person is entered only once).
        3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
      5. Prize
        1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
        2. The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card delivered electronically via email.
        3. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at the sponsor's discretion.
      6. Winner Selection and Notification
        1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on September 2, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
        2. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
        3. The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided with their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.
        4. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, another winner may be selected at the sponsor's discretion.
        5. In Canada, the selected winner may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner, as required by Canadian law.
      7. Winner Announcement
        1. The winner will be announced in the vPromotions and PromoSuite systems within ten (10) business days of the drawing.
      8. General Conditions
        1. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
        2. No purchase or payment required to enter or win.
        3. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
        4. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the contest if necessary.
        5. By entering the contest, each participant agrees to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
      9. Release and Privacy
        1. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless vCreative, Inc., Banyan Software, Inc., and their affiliates from any and all responsibility or liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
        2. The information collected will be used in accordance with the sponsor's privacy policy available at vcreativeinc.com.
