The Stations Tab in vPromotions allows you to turn on/edit several features by station.
The station Call Letters will be visible in this tab. Please let vCreative staff know if any call letters need to be changed. You will also see the type of station visible here.
The other features visible in this tab can be edited by you, the Firm Admin.
Format
If the Format listed next to your stations is not correct, you can click the dropdown next to the Format field, choose the correct station Format and Save the Change.
Background
The Background color is the color you would like this station to show on the calendar page. The color can be changed by clicking into the dropdown field. On the right side you will see a larger, full assortment of colors to choose from in a sidebar. Once you click into the sidebar you will then see a larger box with variations of the choice you made in the sidebar so you can narrow down to the exact color you are looking for. You will also see the exact color number. Choose the option you want for your stations.
These colors are chosen to determine the color they will show as on the home/calendar page.
Text Color
The Text color is chosen the same way as the background color. Click on the dropdown next to the color box to choose the text color you prefer.
The Text color is chosen to determine the color the writing on the PRF's will show as on the home/calendar page.
Use Audience
The Use Audience column will populate ONLY if your market has the Audience (formerly Aptivada) integration turned on. This integration must be turned on by vCreative staff. For more information about the Audience integration click HERE.
The Actions bar holds several additional features you can turn on/edit by station.
Create/Edit Dayparts 
In vPromotions you can create your dayparts per station. This is done so you have the ability to schedule liners only during certain dayparts. For more information on how to Create/Edit Dayparts click HERE.
Create/Edit Promotions Values 
In vPromotions you can create the promotional values for your liners and plays. This is done so the full promotional value of liners or plays in any PRF will show in the Promotion Recap Report. For more information on how to Create/Edit Promotional Values click HERE.
Set Default Rules 
In vPromotions you can create default rules for your contests. Rules that will typically apply to every contest you execute. For more information on creating default rules click HERE.
Minimum Lead Time 
In vPromotions you can create a minimum lead time per station. The minimum lead time refers to the time from when the PRF is submitted to the time the PRF starts. For more information on minimum lead time click HERE.
Designate Web Station (Optional) 
In vPromotions you can designate a web station to accompany your terrestrial stations if your market is using the vPPO Integration tool. For more information on how to designate a web station click HERE.
Auto Forfeit 
In vPromotions you can set the number of days before a prize will auto forfeit. If your market has a rule for winners where they must collect their prize within 30 days, then setting the Auto Forfeit to 30 days will automatically return the prize to the prize closet and mark that prize as forfeited for that winner 30 days after the prize was assigned.
