Winner Email Reply-To Address

You can get replies from Prize Emails, Prize in House Emails and Electronic Signed Document Emails!

With station-based reply-to email addresses, winner can respond to prize emails, prize in house emails, and electronic signed document emails! Here's how to start using reply-to email addresses:

1. Go to Settings / Firm / Stations and click on the reply icon:
2. Enter the email address for replies and click Save:
3. Add a note to your email templates letting winners know that if they have any questions, they can reply to the email!
