Upload your station logos and see them in the On Air tab, Recaps, Event PA Sheets, and Email Templates.
Adding Station Logos
To add station logos, you must be a Firm Admin.
- Go to Settings / Firm / Stations
- Click on the image icon in the Actions column of the station
- Click on the Drag Filed to Upload area to select a logo file or drag and drop the logo file into the gray area and click the "Save" button.
NOTE: Logos must be no more than 450 pixels wide x 450 pixels tall to optimize email load times. - Your logo will display above the Drop Files to Upload area. Click "Close" when finished.
- Use the Delete button to remove your logo.
- Repeat the upload process to replace your logo.
Now that your station logo is uploaded, you can see it in several places and insert it in email templates!
See Your Station Logo
Once uploaded, your station logo will automatically display in the following locations:
On Air Studio
The station logo will appear at the top left of the On Air tab.
Instant Promotion Recap
The station logo will appear centered at the top of the promotion recap form as well as in the PDF of the finished recap.
Event PA Sheet
The station logo will appear centered at the top of the Event PA Sheet (PRF Details / Actions / Event PA Sheet) in Event type promotions.
Insert Your Station Logo
To insert your station logo in any email template as well as on the Signed Documents Success Page:
- Go to Settings / vPromo, and find the template you want to edit.
- Viewing the Template, click in text area. Create a blank like where you want the logo. Add centering if desired.
- Click on the "Logo" button.
- Select the station logo and click "Save."
- Click Save to save your email template when finished.
