How to Remove Subscribers from Your Database
If you need to remove subscribers from your database, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Tools Tab (left side)
- Select Database Tools
- Enter the subscriber’s email address
- Click Search
- When the subscriber appears in the results, click on their name
- Click the Delete button to remove them from your database
Important Notes
- Subscribers must be searched and removed individually
- Deleting a subscriber will permanently remove them from your database
