How to Get Email Alerts for Winner Information Updates
This article covers how to configure notifications in PromoSuite Next to alert you when a winner or another user updates/changes a winner’s information.
How to Add Notifications to Your Email
To make sure you receive winner update notifications by email, follow these steps:

Go to your PromoSuite Next Dashboard.

On the homepage, locate the gear/settings icon labeled “Setup” Click it — this will open My PromoSuite Alerts.

In the My PromoSuite Alerts section:

Add your email address in the Email 1 field.

If you’d like notifications sent to additional recipients, add those email addresses in Email 2.

Click Save to confirm your changes.

Next, look at the left-hand menu and click on the Alerts tab. Then navigate to Database.

Under Database Alerts, check the following boxes:

When Listener Name Has Been Changed

When Listener Information Has Been Edited

By completing these steps, you’ll receive email notifications whenever a winner’s name or information is updated by another user or by the winner themselves.
When You Edit a Winner’s Notification

If you personally change or edit a winner’s name, details, or notification, you will not receive a notification for that update.

This prevents unnecessary alerts for actions you performed yourself.
When Another User Makes Changes

If another user changes or edits a winner’s name or details, you will receive a notification about the update.

This keeps you informed of edits made by other team members.
When a Winner Updates Their Own Information

If the winner updates their own information within the 'Email For Listener Link', a notification will be sent.

This ensures you stay up to date with any changes made directly by the winner.
