How to Distribute a Prize in a Winner’s Profile

Step 1: Locate the Winner’s Profile

1. Navigate to:
   Front Desk > Listener Database > Listeners

2. Use the search field to look up the listener by:

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email Address

   • Telephone Number

3. Click the Search icon.

4. Select the correct listener from the search results to open their profile.

Step 2: Access Listener History

1. Inside the listener’s profile, click the Listener History tab located on the left side.

2. In the results below, locate the prize you need to distribute.

Step 3: Distribute the Prize

1. Look for the Distribution label next to the prize.

2. Click Distribute.

Note:
If there is no distribution date listed, the prize has not yet been distributed.

After clicking Distribute, the page will refresh and open the Distribute Prizes page showing the prize details.

Step 4: Complete Required Fields

On the Distribute Prizes page, ensure the following fields are completed:

• Item Name

• Item Value

• Allocated to Contest

• # Units

• # Awarded / Forfeited

• Distribution Date

• Distribution Method

• Prize Closet Category

Verify all information is accurate before proceeding.

Step 5: Save the Distribution

1. Click the Save button.

The Save button will officially mark the prize as distributed in the system.
