How to Capture a Winner's Signature Using a QR Code

PromoSuite Next allows you to collect a winner's signature in person using a QR code. This is a quick and secure way for winners to sign their Winner Release Form directly from their mobile device—no email required.

How to Generate a QR Code

  1. Navigate to Front Desk.
  2. Select Listener Database.
  3. Click Listeners.
  4. Search for and locate the winner.
  5. Click Distribute next to the applicable prize.
  6. Select Winner Release.
  7. Click Capture Signature.



A unique QR code will be generated on your screen.

How the Winner Signs
  1. Have the winner scan the QR code using the camera on their smartphone or tablet.
  2. The Winner Release Form will automatically open on their device.
  3. The winner reviews the form and signs electronically.
  4. Once submitted, the signed Winner Release Form is automatically saved to the winner's record in PromoSuite Next.
