      How to Adjust Studio View Settings for Liners and Contests

      You can customize how far back or ahead your team can browse studio content (liners and contests) by adjusting the studio view restrictions.

      Steps

      1. Log in to your account.
        Make sure you have the correct permissions to edit studio settings.

      2. Go to the Setup menu.

        • From the main navigation, select Setup.

        • Choose In-Studio from the list.

      3. Select Restrictions.

        • Click on Restrictions to open the studio view settings.

      4. Adjust Browsing Limits.

        • Under the Browsing settings, set how many days back users can view content.

        • Then set how many days ahead they can browse.

        • Example: 3 days back and 7 days ahead.

      5. Save Your Changes.

        • Once you’ve entered the desired limits, click Save (or Update) to apply the changes.

      Notes

      • These settings control how far into the past and future users can see liners , contests, and other content elements in the Studio view.

      • Adjusting limits helps streamline workflows and ensures only relevant content is visible to your team.

      • You can update these settings anytime by following the same steps.
