Data security and personal privacy are always top of mind which is why recently we removed the ability to include social security numbers on winner release forms that are sent from, or printed from, PromoSuite Next.
You may still obtain SSN from winners and store it securely in PromoSuite Next, however SSN will no longer be visible in any winner communications sent via email or printed at the station.
This change does not affect W-9 forms or 1099 information needed for tax purposes at years end.
