All data is secured by encryption as it travels back and forth over the internet. In addition, Social Security Numbers stored in PromoSuite Next are encrypted and any W-9s are stored as an encrypted document.
Additionally, PromoSuite Next is PCI DSS Validated on a quarterly basis, meaning it goes through regular security checks to ensure it's following strict industry standards for protecting sensitive information.
For the technical minded:
We use TLS 1.2 to encrypt data in transit and data is stored on servers in separate trusted DMZ zones and transmitted between servers in the data center on VLANS. Databases are in different security firewall zones, separate from the web applications.
