How to Reschedule Missed Items in the Studio

This video will demonstrate how to reschedule missed items (including contests) from the Studio Tab back into your schedule.

Step 1: Locate Your Misses Itesm 

  •  Go to Programming 

    Programming > Scheduling > Utilities > Missed Items.

  • Add include flights dates to locate items
  • Select your promotion, liner, promo, etc , then click Reschedule.

  • Click Save.

Step 2: Return to the Scheduling Section

  • Go to Programming > Scheduling > Scheduling.

  • Choose the elements you need — for example, contests, liners, promos, etc.
  • Best scheduling option would be 'Manual: Let Me Do It'

Step 3: Locate the Missed Items

  • At the bottom of the schedule page, find the Available Content drop-down menu.

  • Change the drop-down from Available to Reschedule.

Step 4: Select and Reschedule the Missed Item

  • Click Reschedule to add them back into your schedule.

  • Select and drag and drop missed item from the bottom into the schedule. 

Step 5: Replace and Finalize

  • Make sure the rescheduled missed item are correctly placed in your schedule.

  • Click Save and then Finalize to complete the process.
