Autoresponder Emails for Signup Pages

How to set up an autoresponder email for signup page submissions.

PromoSuite Mail Signup Pages allow you to set up an autoresponder email that will send out an email automatically once a listener submits their information.  You can use a generic autoresponder email for all of your signups, or create individual autoresponders for specific signup pages.

First, you would create the email from the Autoresponder Email section under Email Management.  You would create this email the same way you would create a Standard Email.  You can use an already existing template, or create a new template just for the autoresponder in the Build and Manage Templates section.

Once you save your autoresponder email, it will default to not being active.  Just click the red toggle button to green to mark is as active & save once again.

Once the autoresponder email is marked as activated, it will now be available in the dropdown when creating/editing a signup page.  Just select the autoresponder you want to use for that particular signup page & save.  Now as soon as somebody submits their information, they will automatically receive that email.
