In HubSpot you can create customized tabs to easily work from/view a certain group of tickets
Saved Custom Tabs in HubSpot allow you to search for certain criteria among tickets by pipelines, product, ticket type and any of the fields used within a ticket.

NOTE: 50 total Saved Custom Tabs can be created
NOTE: Based on your zoom and screen resolution, once you have a certain number of saved tabs populated at the top of your screen, your view of the tabs may shift to the right, losing your view of the tabs on the left
Creating a Custom Tab
To create a new custom tab, always start from the default All tickets tab which should already exist in your account and All Pipelines. This is a full list of all tickets our company has in HubSpot.
From that starting point, click on Advanced filters to choose the options you would like to include in your saved tab.
Once you have the desired filters applied, x out of the filters slide out and you will be left will a full view of all the tickets within the chosen parameters of your filters.
To now save this view as a tab, choose to Clone View.
Clicking Clone View allows you to create a name for the tab and choose who, if anyone, should also receive this saved tab.
Once you click Confirm the newly created Saved Custom Tab will be populated in your tickets view.
Managing your Saved Custom Tabs
Once your saved custom tab is created, you can move the order of the tabs by hovering to the left of the tab name until the hand appears. You can then drag the hand/tab to change the order of the tabs.
Moving the order of the columns within your tab view can be done the same way.
If you want to remove this Saved Custom Tab from the top 'bar' view, you can X it out.
X'ing it out will not delete the view, but rather it drops off the top 'bar' view and you can still find it in All views.
Clicking on All views brings you to a list of all created Saved Custom Tabs, shows the owner and who has access to them. Clicking on a tab from the All Views list will automatically populate that tab to your top 'bar' view.
