HubSpot allows you to manage articles for your product's Knowledge Base

The HubSpot Knowledge Base is found in the left navigation tool under Content.
Once you access the Knowledge Base section, you will see a list view of all the KB articles in the KB you choose, the different knowledge bases you have access to, insights on your articles, a search tool and the option to create a KB article.
When creating an article, be sure to choose the proper settings. including the category, subcategory and tags to allow for users to easily search.
NOTE: Hubspot doesn't have the option to lock articles, so all internal articles are to be published in the Internal Documents Knowledge Base.
