Converting an Email into a Note

If you wish to ensure that a valuable email exchange between you and a customer is visible when others in the organization review "notes" about the customer - be sure to "convert" the email into a "note."

To convert an email to a note:

1. Go to the contact record and find the email

2. Click the three vertical dots, then click "Convert to note"

You cannot edit a note that has been converted from an email.
