Please note that Zendesk Sell allows each user to send up to 300 emails in a rolling 24 hour period.
Since the list of contacts in the video example is only 133 - no problem. But if we:
- Need to send follow-ups that put us over 300
- Need to send to a group larger than 300
...we will need to consider alternate approaches to communicating on a mass email scale.
- One idea -> multiple people (CSMs) and Mike E. send the same message e.g. each sends to 300 unique contacts - reaching 1,800 contacts
...no matter the solution for now, as we grow, SELL will ultimately not be the best place to send mass email updates. But until then, here's how I recently sent email to Production users, using SELL:
