      Resolved Issues and New Features in vPromotions

      January 16, 2025 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Added Every Hour Frequency for Priority-Based Liners - Schedules the liner once per hour. Best if used for Priority 1 liners, as those schedule in the first liner pass. Using rules if you have more than one Available Liner Slot per hour will ensure that  the liner schedules in different time each hour from day to day while still scheduling each hour.
      • Added the Ability to Change Win Date on Plays - In Settings / vPromo / Winners, a winner's Win Date can be adjusted to reflect the actual day the winner was assigned.
      • Add Station Selection to Year End Reports - Allows year end reports to be run for specific stations for groups that operate stations for another owner.
      • Improves Load Speed for MyPRFs - Updated the way that MyPRFs loads to increase speed.

      Issues

      • Resolved Year End Report Issues (1/7/2025)
      • Resolved a issue in which Campaign Sponsorships were not showing in main Sponsorships table (12/5/2024)

      December 4, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • PromoSuite Mail Integration: Winners-By Reports - When the PromoSuite Mail Integration option is turned on for a Firm, users can run the Winner By Contest or Winners By Prize report and send the results to PromoSuite Mail. From there, an email blast can be crafted and sent.

      Issues

      • Resolved a issue in which Digital Publish Tasks added to Assignments did not show in the PRF Digital Tab
      • Resolved a issue in which Low Jackpot Warnings were showing after Contest End Dates
      • Resolved an issue with Large Multi-Market users seeing all stations in the On Air tab, instead of just the stations for the selected firm.
      • Resolved an issue which caused the Client field to be empty on Copy PRF
      • Resolved an issue that sent users back to the Main Calendar on approval or denial in Tasks
      • Added the original blogger to all PRF Blog email notifications
      • Fixed an issue with attaching Client logos
      • Filtered Sponsorship opportunities from Unapproved PRFs from the Main Sponsorships tab
      • Resolved an issue with some notification emails being sent to deleted users

      October 24, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Added a Optional Block / Notification on Removing or Replacing a Winners - By choosing the "Restrict Removal or Replacement of Winners" option in Firm Setting and adding "Can Remove/Replace Winners" to one or more users, only those users will be able to remove or replace a winner once assigned.
      • Added Editing of Assigned Tasks allowing task assigners to change the due date or run dates of an assigned task and allowing drag and drop date/time changes on the digital calendar.

      Issues

      • Enacted Stripping New Lines in Text Groove Token Entry to prevent errors in connecting the Text Groove Integration
      • Resolved an issue with cased the PRF Client Field to be blank on Edit PRF
      • Resolved an issue that prevented PAs from seeing Plays and assigning winners on site
      • Resolved an issue that cause a blank screen when a new line character was introduced in the Idea Request form

      September 9, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Added a "Go To Text Groove" button & Edit Winner Info button to On Air for Text Groove Promotions
      • Added a “X” to close Blog Windows instead of closing when clicked out of, so users don’t accidentally lose their message
      • Added “Date Submitted” to the Proposals tab for Idea Requests and Proposals
      • Added a User setting to choose where notifications show to avoid multiple notifications blocking task actions, etc.
      • Added the Notes button to all wins on the Electronic Signed Documents table so users can add notes from there
      • Added Default Not In House Notes to Winner Email and the On Air tab for prizes that are not in house

      Issues

      • Removed a sticking checkmark from Customize Winner Form
      • Resolved Blog Reply via Email
      • Resolved Clients showing multiple times for multi-market users

      August 12, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Re-Design Winner Entry and Signed Docs Process: Added the ability for winner to enter their own information in the Electronic Signed Documents fulfillment process.

      Issues

      • Resolved an issue with the Test Email from Details / Plays tab having am incorrect subject.
      • Resolved an issue with the Audience Integration to enable it to work properly with prize packages.
      • Resolved an issue Automatically Assigned Tasks not deleting when the assignee is deleted.
      • Resolved a modal visibility issue.
      • Resolved an issue with reminder emails not sending.
      • Resolved an issue with the Text Groove integration that was making all plays "Off Air."
      • Resolved an issue with the Text Groove and Audience integrations that display both as active for a single category.
      • Resolved an issue with PRF Visibility Show Dates.
      • Resolved an issue with PRF Cancellation Requests not appearing in the To Do list.

      June 27, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Client History Report: Added a new report tracking the history of all promotions for a specific client.
      • Add "Show Dates" to PRF Calendar Visibility: Added additional PRF Visibility options with Show Dates allowing managers to choose specific date ranges when they would like for a PRF to show on the Calendar.

      Issues

      • Hide +Proposals Button Except for Managers: Removed the +Proposals button for Sales People to avoid issues with the approval process.
      • Quantity Checks When Editing Prize Packages from Plays: Resolved an issue with editing prize packages from within Plays. There was not Qty. Check, so anu number could be added regardless of the actual number available.
      • Resolved an issue with the Custom Success Page in the Electric Documents process.

       

      June 14, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Automatically Return Prizes/Packages to the Prize Closet at End of Contest: Added a checkbox to Details/Plays and to Add Plays in the Wizard to automatically remove prizes from all unassigned plays after the End Date of the PRF.
      • Station-based Custom Success Page Copy: Added a new setting in Settings / vPromo called "Signed Documents Success Page". This allows custom design of the Electronic Signed Documents success page including logo and fulfillment notes.
      • Edit Prize Packages: Prize Package Title and Qty can now be edited at any time.

      Issues

      • Restored Daily & Weekly Reminder Emails: These were not getting sent, but have been restored.

       

      May 17, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Add Ability to Select The Days of the Week for Contest and Content PRFs on the Calendar: Added the ability to select which days of the week a contest or content PRF will show on the Home Calendar.
      • On Air Blog Messages: Added the ability to blog from the On Air tab.

      Issues

      • Improved Modal Visibility: Added improved formatting and a scroll bar.
      • Resolved "Show All"/"Show Available" issue for Prize Packages
      • Eliminated the Copyright Year
      • Resolved Issue with Sales Assignment on Multi-Category PRF Form
      • Resolved Issue with Digital Checkbox Not Sticking on Save of Feature
      • Removed "Campaign" from the PRF Cat Options in Proposals and Idea Requests
      • Added Feature Sponsorship Email Notifications

       

      May 17, 2024 New Features and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Omitting The "Accept" Step in Tasks Has Been Added: When creating a new Task, a Firm Admin can choose to omit the "Accept" step in Task workflow so the recipient needs only to mark the task Completed.
      • Multi-Station Prizes to Front Desk Report: The Prizes to Front Desk report can now be run for all Stations or any combination of Stations in a Firm at once.

      Issues

      • Corrected Spelling on Task Update Notification: Successfully," was misspelled.
      • Resolved 2 issues with Copy PRF Elements Dates and Times.
      • Resolved an Issue Adding a New Client: When adding a new client and then adding an additional category to a new PRF, the client reverted to "undefined" for both.
      • Resolved an Issue with "Modals" Loading Too Low: Pop-over windows like editing People or the Wizard now load higher so the Save button can be accessed always. 
      • Resolved "Winner Has Signed Their Documents" Email: The email now sends when ID Upload is requested as well as when it is not.
      • Resolved Manual Schedule Issue with Legacy Liners: On Manual Schedule, Legacy Liners no longer automatically get a "Read On" date until they are marked Read/Tracked. 
      • Resolved a Feature Sponsorship Copy Issue: Copy was not showing intermittently for some users.
      • Resolved a Time Format Issue on the Liner Grid: Some times were appearing as "0:MM" (where MM=Minutes) instead of "12:MM AM."

      May 4, 2024 New Features

      Features

      • Copy Plays. Liners and Sponsorships from Copied PRF: Added the ability copy the Plays, Liners and Sponsorships from a copied PRF, adjusting times for the copy.
      • Accept and Complete Tasks from within the PRF: Added the ability to mark a task as Accepted and Completed from within the PRF. Previously, that could only be done from the main Tasks tab, which added lots of extra clicks.
      • Updated the Signed Documents W-9 to Rev-2024 in English and Spanish.


      April 29, 2024 New Feature and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Click on Task Reminder Banner to Open PRF: Added the ability to navigate directly to the PRF to see the promotion details and  complete the task. 
      • Canadian Skills Test: Added the Canadian Skills Test required in Canada to claim a prize to the release form in Electronic Signed Documents. 
      • Liner Copy Field Enlargement: The liner copy field now automatically grows on Save with the amount on text entered. Also the field can be grabbed and expanded (not available on Firefox).

      Issues

      • Equipment Deletion: Resolved an issue in which deleted equipment was not removed from the Equipment Packages causing an issue.

      April 23, 2024 New Feature and Resolved Issues

      Features

      • Feature: Category Selection When Scheduling Liners: Added the ability to choose to omit Liner Categories from Liner Scheduling in Priority-Based Liner Scheduling. 

      Issues

      • Repaired the Prize to Front Desk Report: It was not working for some multi-market users.
      • Repaired the Monthly Recap Report: Also added the ability to choose multiple stations.
      • Resolved A Recurring Task Issue: Made the task field required when adding a recurring task.

      March 12, 2024 Resolved Issues

      • Firm Option Changes Saving: Fixed an issue where Firm Admin changes to Firm Options wouldn't save correctly.
      • Duplicate Sponsorship Tasks: Resolved a problem where double-clicking "Save" on a Sold Sponsorship created two tasks, leading to a non-responsive task in the Sponsorship approvals list.
      • Client Duplication in Multi-Category PRFs: Addressed an issue where creating a PRF with multiple categories resulted in duplicate clients being created for each chosen category.
      • Win Date and Prize Tracking for Claimed Wins: Fixed an issue where previously claimed wins had the Win Date listed as the Claimed Date as well, and the prize value wasn't included in the total year-to-date winnings. A Claimed Date field has been added, and the prize value now contributes to the total winnings.
      • Deletion of Denied Revisions: Resolved a problem where deleting a denied revision wasn't working properly.
      • PRF Creation Error for Multi-Market Users: Fixed an error that occurred when Multi-Market users who lacked the Firm Selector tried to create a new PRF due to the Firm/Market designation.
      • LaMusica Integration Activation for SBS Firms: vCreative admins can now activate the LaMusica Integration for SBS firms.
      • Winner History Display for Deactivated Stations: Resolved an issue where Winner History wasn't showing in Settings/vPromo/Winners for winners on stations that had been deactivated in vPromotions.
