Contact-Free Prize Fulfillment enables winners to securely submit their information for address verification purposes (if that feature is turned on) and to sign a winner release form and/or tax form (e.g. a W-9).
Here's how it works:
- First, a winner receives the Listener Info Form, which they can use to confirm or update their information, including mailing address and Social Security Number, if necessary.
- If Address Verification is turned on, the winner is presented with the option to upload the required photos.
- Next, the winner can sign the release form with their finger (on a mobile device) or their cursor (on a desktop).
- In the last step the winner confirms their information for a W-9 and signs to generate the document.
- And that's it!
