The Abilities that the Firm Admin assigns to People determine which screens they are able to see and how much access they have.
NOTE: Occasionally, assigning multiple abilities to one person is necessary, such as giving Promotions Director the addition of Firm Admin, or giving a Sales Person Front Desk abilities as well. Some abilities do not work well together, such as Promotions Director and Sales Person. This is because both abilities are in the approval process (of can be) which causes a conflict. vPromotions will allow only one manager role shown with an asterisk (General Manager, Promotions Director, Program Director or Sales Manager). Adding an additional manager role will remove the first manager role.

- Firm Admin - Access to Settings > Firm and Settings > Promo - They are shaded in blue on the People screen. Firm Admins can change people's account settings as well as settings that affect the way that vPromotions works for everyone. Firm Admins also have access to Winners' tax id numbers.
- Human Resources - Can approve New People and Delete people and see the Firm tab
- Network Talent - This is for live, multi-market talent that need to access local Liners and Contests from various local stations on one On Air screen.
- Call Center - For companies that have a Central Call Center for Contestants to call. Call Center creates an On Air screen with multiple Contests from various local markets, and then feeds the Winner information back to the On Air Talent
- Large MM User - For anyone that has access to multiple markets, this creates a drop down menu that lets the person choose which local market they are looking at in vPromotions, rather than seeing all Stations for all Markets on their Calendar at once.
- Can Unclaim Prizes - This can be added to anyone who is already a Firm Admin to allow them to "undo" a winner claiming a Prize in the event the Claim button was mistakenly hit. Always make Winners aware if you have to "Unclaim" a prize for them.
These abilities apply only to companies that use our "Prize Chain of Custody" (PCoC) to track Prizes.
- Prize Entry - Gives a person the ability to add a Prize into the Prize Closet for Verification.
- Prize Verification - Sends Entered Prizes to this person to verify that what was entered matches the physical prizes on hand
These abilities apply only to companies that use our vPPO Integration to create Production Order Templates and submit POs in vCreative vPPO when a PRF is approved.
- Can View vPPO Production Orders - Gives the assignee the ability to see the Production Order that is associated with a PRF via a vPPO tab in PRF Details
- Can Create vPPO Production Orders - Gives the assignee the ability to create vPPO Packages in Settings and assign vPPO Integration to specific PRF Categories.
These abilities apply only to companies that are engaging Corporate Contesting in vPromotions.
- Corporate Contest Manager (CCM) - Only vPromotions' development team can assign this. The assignee has the ability to Create a mass-PRF on selected stations and schedule multiple Contest Plays on selected stations, attach prizes, select winners, etc.
- Corporate Contest Point Person (CCPP) - This assignee can assign a winner to a Corporate Contest Play and attach Winner Audio for all of the stations airing the Contest.
- Corporate Contest Liaison (CCL) - This assignee gets notified of any Corporate Contests that have been submitted for their station(s) and can Confirm or Decline optional Corporate Contests.
- Corporate Concert Prize Distributor (CCPD) - This assignee gets notified when a Corporate Contest prize is assigned to a winner in a local market, and is responsible for shipping the prize to the local market for fulfillment.
This is where you will see any custom Approval Roles that you have set up for PRF Category-Based Approval Processes so that you can assign them to your People.
All People can see the Calendar and Details.
