      PRF Fields

      As Categories are chosen in the 1st field of the PRF, you will see fields pertaining to those Categories appearing below with a heading for each Category above specific fields needed for that Category.

      Fields that are used in multiple Categories will only appear once, in the first Category that requires that field. For example, if you have a Category for Facebook Post that asks for the Promotion Title, Client Name, and Description, those fields will not show again in the PRF if they are also needed in another PRF Category.

      However, any information entered in those fields will be copied into all Categories in which they are needed.

      Like Categories, Fields are also customizable. Promotions Directors can access the Custom PRF Builder at Settings > Promo > ​PRF Builder​
