# Special PRF Fields That Auto-Populate the Wizard

Certain fields will automatically populate the information in those fields to the Contest or Event Wizard. These fields have to be created as a new field (not renamed from another field) and labeled exactly as shown:

**Liner Copy** *\[Long Text\]* - Auto-populates to the liner copy area of the Wizard

**Liner Notes** *\[Long Text\]* - Auto-populates to the notes area each Liner in the Wizard

**Play Copy** *\[Long Text\]* - Auto-populates to the contest copy area each Play in the Wizard

**Play Notes** *\[Long Text\]* - Auto-populates to the contest notes area each Play in the Wizard

**Location** *\[Short Text\]* - Auto-populates to "Location" Field in Event Wizard and creates a link to Google Maps

**Prize Information** *\[Long Text\]* - Auto-populates to the "Prize Description" field in Prizes On The Fly when adding new prizes to Prize Closet from a Wizard

**Prize Value** *\[Number\]* - auto-populates to the "Prize Value" field auto-populates Prizes On The Fly when adding new prizes to Prize Closet from a Wizard

**PA Need** *\[Number\]* - Automatically creates opening for Promotions Assistants to sign up for on site events. The number entered is the number of openings created for that event.

**Sales Assignment** - Assign as salesperson from the PRF. Must be a dropdown field with "allow multiple" checked.
