If a winner's name was entered into a contest incorrectly a user can remove the win from the winner's history with a few clicks.
1. **Navigate to Front Desk**: Open the Front Desk section of your station account. .
2. **Access Listener Database**: Click on the "Listener Database" option.
3. **Select Listeners**: Go to the "Listeners" tab.
4. **Look Up Winner**: Search for the winner by entering their details.
5. **Go to Listener History**: Once you find the winner, click on "Listener History."
6. **Distribute Contest Win**: Locate the contest win you wish to remove and click on the "distribute" button.
7. **View Contest Details**: Review the contest details that appear.
8. **Remove Contest Win**: Click the red 'X' on the toolbar.
9. **Confirm Removal**: A confirmation prompt will appear; confirm that you wish to remove the contest win.
And that’s it!
If this winner was entered in-studio and you wish to free up that contest play for use for another winner you can unlog it.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for unlogging a contest play:
1. **Open the Studio**: Log into your stations account and navigate to the Studio section.
2. **Select In-Studio**: Click on the "In-Studio" option.
3. **Navigate to Contest Play**:
- Use the **green arrows** to move through the entries.
Alternatively, click on **Browse Log** to find the specific contest play you want to unlog.
4. **Find the Contest Play**: Locate the contest play you wish to unlog.
5. **Click the Red Checkmark Icon**: Once you’ve selected the contest play, click the **red checkmark icon**.
