What’s new in vProMedia

User Interface

vProMedia has a new look! We’ve updated the folder and notification icons, as well as added various ways to contact our awesome Help Desk.

  1. The left side navigation menu can now be collapsed into a slim icon based menu. Click on the three line icon to the right of the vProMedia logo to collapse the navigation menu. 
  2. Hovering over the menu icons will display a sub-menu allowing you to navigate to other folders.  
  3. This new layout helps create more real estate for the order information that you need to see while still allowing for quick navigation.
  4. There are now additional options for contacting vCreative customer support.
    1. At the top right, the icon for starting a live chat remains.
    2. At the bottom of the navigation menu, you will find contact information to call or email support.
    3. In the user dropdown, you’ll find quick access to our terms and conditions policies as well as the latest build number to help when referencing release notes in our Help Articles.

Client Information - Increased Visibility

In an effort to avoid repetitive entry of client information on each order, we’ve appended the available client information provided in the Clients List. Now the information can be entered one time and will be available on every order for that client going forward. 

To manage client information:

  1. Go to the navigation menu > Settings 
  2. Clients
  3. Edit Button
    1. Update any information for the client in the description field.
    2. The client address.
    3. The industry category for the client.
    4. Billing contact email (this will be used in the send email link for approvals).
    5. Agency or Client codes that may be needed for other systems or billing purposes.
  4. Save




  5. Once saved, you’ll now find the newly entered client information on every new and existing order for that client in vProMedia.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • We modified a sizing issue with the script box on the Quick Order/Request form as well as the Revision form. We adjusted the box height to allow for proper displaying of any placeholder notes.
  • We updated the revision form giving markets with a relationship to another firm the ability to process a revision. 
  • We resolved an issue with the blog notification email showing “0” instead of showing the proper blog message.
  • We updated job delegation settings that allow you to control whether you want an order removed from your inbox or not based on job assignment.
