vProMedia Release Notes v86 Build 2.0.762

More Detailed Voice Request Notes, a Dynamic Date Field Addition, and More!

Now showing requested voices in the notes section

When a requested voice type or specific person is requested on the Production Order, it will now show in the notes section of the list views. This helps directors quickly identify what was requested before assigning a voice part.

Notifications for additional dates available on the QO

For our users who need an extra date to schedule, such as a client consultation or on-location shoot, there is now a new dynamic field available to add to your forms that will alert you when it’s been updated.

  1. This field can be added to any form available for your market by contacting support.
  2. When the field is added to the form it will also be available in the Contract column in the list view.
  3. This new date is able to be edited by clicking on Show More and clicking on the date in the slide out panel.
  4. Opt-in to receive notifications for Production Date changes from the General Updates section of the Notifications section in your account profile

Note: This field can only be added one time per form

Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • We made improvements to the SPEC Spot request form to stop approval requests from sticking when unchecked on a submitted order.
  • We fixed an issue causing the length in the voice request details page to be different from the length requested on the request form.
  • We made improvements to ad type job settings to ensure users can block the scheduled checkbox from being marked until there is a CartID entered.
  • We made UI updates to the voice requests page to ensure left alignment in the blog section
  • We resolved an issue causing the TV Script to stop displaying in the View Script slide out. Now, when opening the View Script link from the files column, available TV scripts will display.
  • On-going optimizations are being made to improve overall performance.
  • MySql 8 Update: Experience improved data reliability with the migration of meta-data to InnoDB storage engine. MySQL 8.0 eliminates potential inconsistencies, providing a more robust storage solution.
