vProMedia Release Notes v85 Build: 2.0.745

Clear date fields for easier entry of future dates, create custom filters using auto dub warnings, and check out the updated request form that's easier on the eyes!

New feature alert!

We've added a handy button to the Due Date field in the QO. This improvement allows users to input dates in a forward sequence, making it easier to manage due dates, start dates, and end dates when using Add Request with date copying turned on. Say goodbye to the hassle of working backwards – now, you can effortlessly work through your tasks in the order that makes sense!

A new set of search attributes for Auto dub warnings

The search panel now includes warnings for Mono files, VBR files, and Spot length out of spec. This enhancement allows users to easily locate spots with these warnings pending. Users with auto dub responsibilities have access to 3 auto dub folders for filtering spots with these warnings. Additionally, custom search filters can now be created using the auto dub warnings as attributes. For example, if you wish to search for a specific person who submitted an order with auto dub warnings pending, you can create a filter by selecting a person from the Sales & POC section along with the auto dub warnings.

UI improvements

The form field font color has been enhanced, with a highlighted line item selection in the Quick Order to easily identify the form being edited. Additionally, more space has been allocated in the Summary lines of the QO for the ISCI and Title fields to be displayed prominently.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a problem where the system was repeatedly logging stations in the history when spots were marked as scheduled.
  • The Anchored Voice Request and Script Timer folders will now stay in their designated location under the system folders in the vProMedia left-nav menu, even after a folder reset.
  • We resolved a problem where .wav files were not able to play in preview mode.
  • Previously, users faced difficulties while editing a file type, leading to extended waiting times for the editing model to appear. Now, these issues have been resolved, and users can expect a smoother and quicker display of the editing model.
