Effortless Talent Tracking, Enhanced Script Sharing, Expanded Blog Visibility, and Tailored Copying
Search Option for Voice Assignments
Introducing a new Search panel option to streamline the identification of orders where a specific talent has been assigned a voice part. Located within the Sales & POC section of the Search, under the Talent Assigned dropdown, users can select a person and Voice Type. Use the Voice Type dropdown to search for All Swim or Audition requests.
The results display individuals meeting the specified criteria selected, in the Talent Assigned dropdown above, in the Voice Parts section of the request.
New Pop-out Script for Shareability
The vProMedia script now boasts an independent tab alongside its traditional slide-out within the list view. To facilitate seamless script sharing with talent, a dedicated pop-out icon, positioned next to the print icon in the top right of the script slide out screen, allows users to open the script in a new tab. The unique URL for this tab can then be shared exclusively with other vProMedia users, ensuring a streamlined sharing experience.
Note: Users with the link must be signed in to their account to view the page.
Full Screen Blog
Responding to user feedback, we've introduced a full-screen view for the blog conversation, providing users with an immersive experience and more space for typing messages. The fullscreen button is conveniently located next to the Exit icon (X). Enjoy the same functionality, including posting, viewing participants, and accessing the entire conversation with date/time stamps.
User Ability to "Keep Cart ID" during Copy Process
We've introduced enhanced control over the retention of original Cart IDs during the copying process, now customizable based on roles and firm settings. Local admins can now decide whether users in their organization can keep the Cart ID when copying a spot.
To turn this on for individual users: Navigate to the Local Admin section, access People and click to Edit a user's profile.
Visit the vPro tab, and scroll to edit the Site Options section. Local admins can view and choose to enable or disable the "Prevent user from copying cart ID" option, providing tailored control over the copying process.
If this option is enabled when the user does a copy process, the “Keep Cart ID” option will be off and disabled for them.
If “Disable Copy Cart ID on Copy” is selected at the Firm level, then this option will be disabled for all users.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- We resolved an issue with some larger files not uploading completely.
- Improvements to the revision process guarantee the required blog post in case the revision originates from an archived order. When using the revision process to modify an archived spot the required blog post will also be enabled.
- Adding new line items during a revision now triggers only one required blog post, streamlining the revision process.
